四 | 商拍、摆摊公平准入，违规必罚。在已建成的景区内进行经营活动，应当由岳麓山风景名胜区管理机构采用招标等公平竞争的方式确定经营者。经营者应当依法办理相关手续，并在指定的地方文明经营。擅自在已建成的景区内从事摆摊设点、照相摄影、游艺娱乐等经营活动，扰乱景区管理秩序的，由岳麓山风景名胜区管理机构责令改正；拒不改正的，处1000元以上5000元以下罚款。

五 | 火不能随便点。

六 | 新条例明确严禁在禁火区内吸烟、生火、野炊、烧香点烛、燃放烟花爆竹。

七 | 严禁燃放孔明灯等带有明火的空中飘移物。

八 | 上述行为极易引发火灾，违者依法严肃处理。垃圾不是一扔了之。乱扔垃圾看似小事，实则违法。新条例明令禁止在景区内乱扔垃圾。请将垃圾投入指定容器，景区整洁靠每个人自觉维护。景区的“宝贝”动不得。岳麓书院、爱晚亭、黄兴墓、蔡锷墓、毛泽东青年艺术雕塑等重要人文景观，均已划定保护范围或设置保护标志。严禁砍伐或擅自移植古树名木、珍稀植物。刻划涂污景物或者景区公共设施，损毁或擅自移动界桩、界碑、标志、标牌、坐椅、垃圾箱等公共设施，均属违法行为，依法追究。
